Arrival:

Free airport pick-up is available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, based on the actual landing time of your flight.

Upon arrival in Salt Lake City (before 12:00 PM) at Salt Lake City Airport (SLC):
Guests on domestic flights within the United States are advised to arrive at the airport before 12:00 PM.
Guests on international flights should aim to arrive at the airport by 11:00 AM.

Departure:

For guests on domestic flights within the United States, we kindly request scheduling departure flights for after 8:00 PM.
Guests on international flights are recommended to schedule departure flights for after 8:30 PM.

Notice:
Due to the challenging road conditions from Yellowstone Park to Salt Lake City and in order to ensure a high-quality experience, we cannot assume responsibility for any losses incurred due to missed flights caused by trip delays.
To err on the side of caution, we suggest considering scheduling departure flights for the following day.

If you choose to depart from Las Vegas, your tour guide will drop you off either at the airport or a hotel of your choosing.

Airfare to and from the destination is not included.

Trip cancellation insurance or any other travel insurance is not provided.

Lunch, dinners and alcoholic beverages are not included.

Any additional activities, excursions, or entertainment at your own expense are not covered.

All personal miscellaneous expenses, including laundry, telephone calls, drinks, tobacco,

alcohol, pay TV, luggage handling fees, and other private expenses are your responsibility.

Souvenirs are not covered.

Guide gratuities (10% of the tour price recommended) are not included.

-Optional tours: Admissions and optional tours should be selected and paid for during booking. (Items and prices may vary based on the season and are subject to final confirmation by the tour guide during the tour.)

- A minimum of 2 people is required to schedule a tour. If you are traveling alone, please consult with our customer service department, and they will help you join another group. Booking early is highly recommended, as availability will be limited.

- This itinerary is a sample. Due to flight arrival times, road and weather conditions, and our commitment to tailoring the tour to your abilities and interests, the order and locations may be subject to change. Your guide will provide daily updates. Our priority is to ensure that everyone enjoys a safe adventure, creates cherished memories, and has an unforgettable experience.

- Accommodations include standard rooms with private bathrooms and two beds per room, limited to a maximum of 2 adults per room (children or infants may share, up to 4 people total).

- Physical activity ranges from light to moderate and is suitable for a wide range of abilities. Participants should be reasonably fit and comfortable walking and standing for extended periods. Terrain may be uneven or slippery. A variety of activity options will be available.

- Complimentary seasonal activities are subject to change based on weather, timing, and trail conditions. Complimentary tours are not refundable if they cannot be arranged.

- Due to the challenging road conditions from Southern Utah and Arizona to Salt Lake City, and to ensure a high-quality experience, we cannot assume responsibility for any losses incurred due to missed flights caused by trip delays. National Park Entrance Fees – Important Information

*For non-residents of the United States only

Beginning January 1, 2026, non-U.S. residents age 16 and older are required to pay an additional $100 per person, per park (on top of standard entrance fees), OR purchase the "America the Beautiful" Non-Resident Annual Pass for $250 (which covers the pass holder plus up to 3 additional non-resident adults when traveling as part of a commercial group) to enter the following parks: Acadia, Bryce Canyon, Everglades, Glacier, Grand Canyon, Grand Teton, Rocky Mountain, Sequoia & Kings Canyon, Yellowstone, Yosemite, and Zion.

Cancellation received 60 days or more before the departure of the first product or service in the relevant booking: The Lifetime Deposit will be held by the Tour Operator in accordance with these Terms. The remainder of the payments made to the Tour Operator for the cancelled product will be refunded.

Cancellation received 59–30 days before the departure of the first product or service in the relevant booking:
The Lifetime Deposit will be held by the Tour Operator in accordance with these Terms. An amount equal to 50% of the remaining payments made to the Tour Operator for the cancelled tour will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 30 days before the departure of the first product or service in the relevant booking: The Lifetime Deposit will be held by the Tour Operator in accordance with these Terms, and no further refund will be provided.

Itineraries may change due to unforeseen issues and/or delays.

This travel agency acts as a mere agent for suppliers, selling travel-related services, or accepting reservations for services not directly supplied by this agency (air, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). This agency shall not be responsible for any intentional or careless actions or omissions by such suppliers.

Travel agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with:

- climatic conditions

- local laws

- abnormal conditions or developments

- mechanical or construction failures

- diseases

- criminal acts

- social or labor unrest

- terrorist activities

- other actions outside the travel agent’s control

Travelers assume complete responsibility for checking passports, visas, vaccinations, or other entry requirements, and all safety or security conditions.

Travelers voluntarily assume all risks involved and are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage.
