The minimum number of guests required per group is 2, but at least 3 guests are preferred. At least 2 people are needed to schedule a tour. If you are traveling by yourself, please consult with our customer service department and they will help you join another group. Booking early is highly recommended as availability will be limited.
For International Visitors: Beginning January 1, 2026, non-U.S. residents age 16 and older are required to pay an additional U.S. National Park entrance fee at certain parks (including Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Glacier, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Rocky Mountain, and others on this itinerary). The fee is $100 per person, per park, OR you may purchase an America the Beautiful Non-Resident Annual Pass for $250 (covers the passholder plus 3 additional adults at any of the 11 affected parks). This fee is not included in the tour price and is paid directly at the park entrance.

Grand Teton National Park is in the glacier mountainous area of northwestern Wyoming, USA. It was built in 1929 and covers an area of 310,000 acres. It currently holds the title of "the most beautiful national park". Grand Teton National Park is in the Rocky Mountains. Grand Teton National Park is home to magnificent mountain scenery, sparkling mountain lakes and wildlife. The snowy Teton Mountains stand majestically, and we will stay at the best photo spots, so you can savor the beauty of the Teton Mountains and Jackson Lake.
Depending on your arrival time, your tour guide will pick you up either from Salt Lake City International Airport or from your hotel in SLC. If you would like to start your tour from a different location, please let us know in advance and we will make the appropriate arrangements.
After pickup, you will begin your journey northward towards the Yellowstone region. Along the way, you will stop in Idaho Falls. Take some time to walk along the falls, get some lunch, and explore the surrounding area before continuing your journey.
In the afternoon, continue into the western region of Yellowstone National Park, where you will get your first glimpse of the park’s unique geothermal landscape. Depending on timing, your guide will introduce you to select highlights in this area, allowing you to experience Yellowstone’s natural beauty right from the start.
After exploring the Yellowstone area, you will exit the park and proceed to West Yellowstone, the main gateway town just outside the park entrance. Upon arrival, your guide will transfer you to your hotel for check-in, where you can relax and prepare for the next day’s adventure.

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel and the day gets going quickly. There is a lot of ground to cover and plenty worth stopping for along the way, starting in Grand Teton National Park. The mountains come into view in a way that is hard to prepare for. Your guide will take you to the best spots to take it all in, and depending on the day you may have some unexpected wildlife encounters along the way. Grand Teton has a way of surprising people.
By afternoon you will cross into Yellowstone, the world's first national park and spanning over three states due to its size. Your guide will make sure you see the highlights across both today and tomorrow, from steaming geothermal wonders to sweeping canyon views and some of the best wildlife watching in North America. No two days in Yellowstone look the same.
After a full day of exploring, you will head to your hotel in West Yellowstone to rest up before day three. Please note that dates, times, and specific stops are subject to change based on weather, water levels, and trail conditions.

Your guide will pick you up from the hotel and head back into Yellowstone for a final morning in the park. Depending on what you did not get to see the day before, your guide will fill in the gaps and make the most of the time available.
From there you stop in Jackson Hole for lunch and a walk around town before the drive south back to Salt Lake City. Your guide will then drop you at the airport or your hotel depending on your schedule.

If you arrive the day prior to the start of your tour or leave the day after your scheduled tour ends, we do offer a pick-up and drop-off service for a fee of $10/person/day. The pick-up service fee is $20/person after 8:00 PM, and we ask that you give it to your tour guide in cash.
Arrival
Upon arrival in Salt Lake City (before 12:00 PM) at Salt Lake City Airport (SLC): Guests on domestic flights within the United States are advised to arrive at the airport before 12:00 PM, and guests on international flights should aim to arrive at the airport by 11:00 AM.
Departure
Salt Lake City Airport (SLC) Drop-off Information: For guests on domestic flights within the United States, we kindly request scheduling departure flights for after 8:00 PM. Guests on international flights are recommended to schedule departure flights for after 8:30 PM.
Notice
Due to the challenging road conditions from Grand Teton National Park to Salt Lake City, and in order to ensure a high-quality experience, we regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for any losses incurred due to missed flights caused by trip delays. To err on the side of caution, we suggest considering scheduling departure flights for the following day.

Unless the term "guaranteed" is explicitly stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee the rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects by such suppliers.

Cancellation received 60 days or more before the departure of the first product or service in the relevant booking: The Lifetime Deposit will be held by the Tour Operator in accordance with these Terms. The remainder of the payments made to the Tour Operator for the cancelled product will be refunded.
Cancellation received 59-30 days before the departure of the first product or service in the relevant booking: The Lifetime Deposit will be held by the Tour Operator in accordance with these Terms. An amount equal to 50% of the remaining payments made to the Tour Operator for the cancelled Tour will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the departure of the first product or service in the relevant booking: The Lifetime Deposit will be held by the Tour Operator in accordance with these Terms, and no further refund will be provided.

When you sign-up for a confirmed, Small Group Adventure departure, you’ll receive a packing list tailored specifically for your destination. If you chose the Custom Journey route, your Travel Planner will also include a packing list for you and your travel companions.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip interruption and cancellation coverage. Yellowstone is one of the largest national parks in the United States, and there is a lot of ground to cover. Occasionally weather conditions, seasonal road closures, or factors outside our control may affect access to certain areas or attractions. When this happens your guide will adapt the day and take you somewhere else worth seeing. Your guide knows the park well and will make sure your day is still memorable, whatever the conditions.
